In order to ensure your ads are not double sponsored you would just need to inform your recruiters or whoever has historically posted all your jobs to remove sponsorship for their roles starting February 1st. This should be quite a simple transition just inform them to go in and remove any sponsorship as of February 1st and to not post directly on Indeed moving forward. Is everything on the Canadian side being added to the same Appcast account that you already have created in the USA or is this being done on a separate account?
