However, Tableau shows a lower number that doesn't reconcile with Wellsky gross profit or billing. Cleveland didn't receive their 5th key due to the discrepancy and subsequent bonus $'s for 5 keys earned. I relayed this information to Donny last week and haven't received an explanation. According to Wellsky, Cleveland earned the key and should be compensated. See the screenshot proof below. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
