Good Afternoon,

Please see below an email form the Ministry of Health in Ontario, Canada.
We need to register two managers (at least) and two caregivers (at least)
for this course immediately to be in compliance. My suggestion would be to
have three managers and two caregivers take the two part course. The
courses do come with a cost of about $300 plus tax per person.

The Ministry is coming back at the end of the month to ensure we have met
their requirements.

earlier today, we had an unexpected visit from an officer from the Ministry
of Labour at our Waterloo office. Following the inspection, they have
provided us with a report outlining several administrative tasks that we
need to complete promptly.

One of the key recommendations from the report is the formation of a Joint
Health and Safety Committee. The committee should consist of at least one
managerial staff and one worker staff serving as co-chairs, with an
additional managerial staff and one worker member as regular committee
members. It's crucial to note that the co-chairs are required to obtain
certification from pshsa.ca.

To ensure compliance, the Ministry of Labour has set a deadline for us to
complete all necessary tasks outlined in the report by March 22.

Given the urgency and importance of this matter, I kindly request your
assistance in coordinating the formation of the Joint Health and Safety
Committee and ensuring that the designated individuals fulfill the
certification requirement as soon as possible.
