While Lutgarda owes us $39K in royalty, when we took her clients we absorbed $120K in monthly revenue without purchasing these clients from her. Our school of thought was that while it is unlikely that we will collect the royalty revenue, we have already recouped the loss of those funds with the profit we have gained from the business we took over. I feel any efforts to collect these funds will be in vain as she owes a very large sum to CTA and they will be getting their money first.
