They are in compliance. Odelia made clear that there only needs to be someone in the building with safe food handling certification for any questions/as a resource. The person(s) preparing the food does not require the certification as long as there is a resource for them in the building. No further education is required for our staff, I also agree with you. I did inquire and also offered food handling certification. It was noted but not wanted at this time. Shifts are expected to decrease in the near future, if they require more in the future again we can re-approach further education.
