Most of you have probably logged into the new platform successfully, and many of you have probably noticed the "Additional Stores" window. There may still be a few users out there to whom this window is not yet available. Please know that we are working diligently to have that issue fixed. Please check back regularly. For those of you who have access to the Amazon punchout catalogue, please feel free to use it. Within this "Additional Stores" window you will see clickable "tiles" that will bring you a punchout catalogue. As of right now, we have punchout catalogues set up with 1-800 Flowers as well as Amazon. For technical reasons, we had to set up 2 separate accounts for Amazon, one for the US "amazon business": and one for Canada "amazon.ca": We are working on hiding the one that's irrelevant to your location. Depending on your location and availability, please transition to entering the Amazon Business Account for your country by clicking on the appropriate tile. This will get you into the account. The looks and feels of it once you're in the account remain unchanged for the most part. Direct access to the account will be disabled as soon as all users are able to access via Coupa. You will be able to shop on Amazon and create a shopping cart the exact same way you always did, however, the checkout process is changing slightly. You will no longer have to select a ship-to address as well as a payment method while on the Amazon website, nor enter any additional information like department, cost center, business reason, etc. These values are no longer maintained within Amazon, and all is being entered in Coupa. Please click "Submit" when your shopping cart is complete and will be redirected to the Coupa platform.
