For our Canadian plans, 2022 was unique in that we had to pull together 5 different plans. We conduct an annual review of all our benefit plan offerings each year with any approved changes being effective the following year. Now that we have all corporate and field support team members on the same policy, we will have a better opportunity to consider potential changes in the future. I will make note of STD and LTD for consideration in our next review which would be for benefit plan offerings in 2024.
