If we compare The Key to other companies with the same line of service in Health Care (Canada), employees do get coverage for STD and LTD. *@ Charles and Terence* - Chandani could apply for EI Sickness benefits, however EI doesn't cover much is a downside for her since we do not currently have a matching STD plan. If she requires more time then we need to have a plan in place.
