The below will show who was updated and who was not. For the clients I adjust terms on, I also adjusted the Due Dates for invoices that are not already past due. A few questions for the group seeing as how these businesses have extended terms and are all delinquent on payments to TheKey.

 

Net Terms & Invoices Adjusted:

*	Belvedere Maintenance is past due by $3k, do we have a commitment from them for payment? I don’t see recent invoices generated so we need to press here if they’re no longer using our services. 
*	SEC Le Felix Vaudreuil Residence is past due by $1499.31, for 2023 invoices. What is the rationale behind not paying these invoices? 
*	Le Waldorf if past due $89k. If there are no disputes or reasons for payment delay that we’ve caused internally and not yet resolved, this is unacceptable. What’s the story here?
*	Residence Lumia is past due $3k, what’s the story on this one?

 

Terms Not Updated; What are we doing to collect on these balances? 

*	Place St.Moritz Residence- I didn’t extend terms because they have an unpaid invoice from February and are inactive. 
*	Residence SEC Elogia- I didn’t extend terms because they have an unpaid invoice from February and are inactive.

Hello Elizabeth, 

 

I have several Montreal facilities ( listed below ) that are currently set to Net 2 terms, but have been traditionally used to Net 30 terms. These facilities historically pay via cheque.

In Addition, I also have a  Montreal client that is used to net thirty and is requesting their terms remain the same, however per the email shown below states they are willing to request an adjustment if absolutely necessary.

Good morning,

The agreement with Mr. Guilbault has always been payment within 30 days like the payments we receive from the CLSC. Payments are always made on Thursdays and otherwise the following Thursday is duplicated.

If you see anything wrong with this, I could discuss the situation again with Mr. Guilbault to see if it would be possible to update his account statement and start from scratch.
