She even faked government documents to try and get a tax credit on services which is why we ended services in the first place. In my experience, a threatening letter (even if empty) would be the only way to apply pressure to someone like this. The more time that passes, the more she will continue to lie and create a story. If nothing is received by next week, I think this is the only possible way to collect on this account.
