Wanda was a blessing to our mom, and to us, in what was the last chapter in her life. I=E2=80=99ve already let Wanda know this, but wanted you to know how = much we appreciated her care, diligence, trustworthiness, judgement and comfort to our mom. Our mom affectionately referred to her as her friend and they shared a special bond. She knew how to balance letting our mom feel independent and being cared for at the same time. She gave us helpful updates when we called every day and we felt she had our mom=E2=80=99s best interest in mind at at heart at all times. Taylor was also great at checking in with us and replying to our questions over the many months when she was the case coordinator.
