Please let me know when your office is ready to be sent the 8x8 invitations to set up their accounts via email. Please let me know if you will be wanting an 8x8 training. If so, let me know some dates/times that will work for you all. if your team is fairly technologically savvy and feel you can figure it out yourselves, then you may not want/need a training. As an option, attached is a copy of a training I recently did and recorded - if you feel like this is adequate, you may not need to schedule a training in order to expedite your 8x8 onboarding. 8x8 PHONE APP TRAINING RECORDING VIDEO LINK From here, as soon as your users are all set up, we can set a date/time to forward your calls anytime you'd like.
