Not having a corporate card for HCLs is going to be a challenge. For instance, Beth is organizing a networking event on Oct 6 in Waterloo and she has a few lunch & learn meetings coming up; and she will have to use her personal credit card. An interim solution for using a personal credit card should work, as long as the reimbursement is buttoned up.
