The only thing is that at times, I feel like you have to use your best judgement when it comes to clients who are showing changes/issues that could fall under multiple C or P categories. Clients may be displaying signs under multiple descriptions (i.e. could be both C1 or C2), but I have been just going with the more severe option to be on the safe side if I am unsure which one to pick. Every client's decline/impairments progress in a different way so it's important to remember there is no "one size fits all" when selecting the codes. Hope this makes sense. Thank you!
