The delineation of client level was a simple task for them. They basically decided that if "on bad days" the client would bounce up into a more difficult category, they were choosing the more difficult one. Then, they felt it made sense to adjust it probably slightly up or down based on reassessment/QA visits. One request they had: could we get the category levels to be listed right next to each other in tags? As it currently stands, you have to look for the category so would be nice to have them grouped together. Give me a call if that is confusing.
