They don't have a direct debit (White List code). So if our only choice is to pay via invoice/check *Payroll* will download the invoice each month from the WCB website and ll submit a check request through Coupa. For the month of December, I want to confirm no changes have been made to the existing bank account? Reason being the attached invoice received today shows the last payment for 2024 was debited from our account, I want to ensure it's correct and the payment did not bounce. On a separate note, Irin called WorkSafe BC (Vancouver) to inquire about obtaining the direct debit (white list code) and the representative and their supervisor reference the same statement as WCB, they did not have a direct debit or white list code. However, they did instruct Irin to go online and change the bank account to the new account but will need to add a 5 at the end of the account number. I assume if we don't have a white list code for WorkSafeBC (Vancouver) we will need to submit a check request through Coupa? Please make note Vancouver WorkSafeBC quarterly payments can range from $50K to $90K.
