I have spoken with Lucy several times over the last two weeks and we have begun the process of replacing her caregiver. Unfortunately, the location is very challenging and so we have had to post for it. Lucy does know we are working on this and understands it may take a little longer than normal to reassign. She did say she has been very happy with HCA and that she feels her caregiver has just outgrown the case and become bored. We did initiate conversations with the caregiver regarding her behaviour and expectations for engagement, however the client asked that we hold off on "really serious" discussions until after we have reassigned the case.
