--000000000000042dd005d61d2028 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi Megan, To recap our call, 1. *Here are the initial changes we recommend Dee implement through Laurie and team in the short-term for Complete Care Coordination's site:* - Remove Dee's photo across the site (CTA and team) - Remove your photo from the team section - Update the phone number to be Montreal's - Update the webform emails to be the Montreal team - Add a blurb that says home care is provided by Home Care Assistance (our team would write this and it would include a link to the HCA Montreal site) 2. *Long-term* - If Dee would like to maintain ownership of the website (as I understand she currently has), it would be best if the domain and hosting was maintained past October so that the website doesn't default to 404-page not found errors when someone clicks on the link. The site is strong with organic traffic and that would be bad for consumers as well as for business being sent to HCA. - We basically would just want the homepage, care blogs, and contact us. Everything else could be taken off and redirected to the homepage - If she wanted to redesign the site in the future to reflect whatever her new business was, I think it seems like she would be able to do that since she has full ownership over the domain. In that scenario, it would be great to have a section that tells people looking for the previous home care services to go to HCA Montreal instead and link to that site - If Dee does not want ownership of the URL we can transfer ownership and hosting to our accounts and take on management. We would then redirect the site to the HCA Montreal website. Complete Care Coordination's website would not exist from a content perspective. I know Dee currently owns the name, URL, etc, and we are in no way saying she should give that up, we just want to make sure there is a long-term plan in place that doesn't involve the website becoming inactive. We are happy to support her in such a way that provides her with flexibility in what she would like to do in the long-term with the URL and the brand. Audra - I'm not sure if there's anything we need to take into account from a legal perspective on what we are or aren't allowed to do with this brand. Do you know? I want to make sure I'm correctly representing our options. This is a new format for me so apologies for any confusion!
