What to Expect for Hourly Employees * Hourly U.S. and Canada team members and caregivers working overnight = shifts (Saturday, November 2nd into Sunday, November 3rd) will work one = hour longer due to the time change. * Example: A shift starting at 8:00 pm on November 2nd and ending at = 8:00 am on November 3rd will be counted as 13 hours instead of 12. * Regular overtime rules will apply. What to Expect for Live-In Employees * Live-in caregivers and clients will be paid and billed for their = regular daily shift hours (e.g., 14, 15, or 16 hours) according to = state-specific pay rules. When Will Clocks Change Again? * The next adjustment will be March 9, 2025, when clocks will spring = ahead by one hour at 2:00 am local time. * Hourly employees and caregivers working overnight shifts on that = date will work one hour less. * Example: A shift starting at 8:00 pm on March 8th and ending at 8:00 = am on March 9th will be counted as 11 hours instead of 12.
