The first invoice for this particular location is set to bill to= morrow for last week's service.=C2=A0 - Chartwell Le Wellesley Care: = We stopped billing tax as of Invoice 777489 dated 5/30/24. Below is a scr= eenshot of all invoices billed out of Netsuite, post integration out of C= learcare. It looks like on 5/25/24, a system change occurred which caused= the "Charge Tax" option in Netsuite to be turned off. I'm not entirely s= ure how this occurred, but this is the reason why tax was no longer bille= d. Can the Montreal office please confirm that we need to bill= the tax retroactively? It would be for DOS 5/21-9/8 for what has already= been billed. Also, the "Charge Tax" field is still not checked off, so w= e need to confirm that we need to enable this option in order to restart = the billing of tax.
