They won't be thrilled ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Marc Atkinson Date: Tue, Sep 17, 2024 at 4:32=E2=80=AFPM Subject: Fwd: The Wellesley - [#956552] To: Cc: , , , Hi Joey, Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue. We have reviewed all three accounts, and here is what we have found: - Chartwell Le Wellesley Housekeeping&Maintenance: The "Charge Tax" option in Netsuite is enabled and thus, we will be billing this location the tax. The first invoice for this particular location is set to bill tomorrow for last week's service. - Chartwell Le Wellesley Reception: The "Charge Tax" option in Netsuite is enabled and thus, we will be billing this location the tax. The first invoice for this particular location is set to bill tomorrow for last week's service. - Chartwell Le Wellesley Care: We stopped billing tax as of Invoice 777489 dated 5/30/24. Below is a screenshot of all invoices billed out of Netsuite, post integration out of Clearcare. It looks like on 5/25/24, a system change occurred which caused the "Charge Tax" option in Netsuite to be turned off. I'm not entirely sure how this occurred, but this is the reason why tax was no longer billed. Can the Montreal office please confirm that we need to bill the tax retroactively? It would be for DOS 5/21-9/8 for what has already been billed. Also, the "Charge Tax" field is still not checked off, so we need to confirm that we need to enable this option in order to restart the billing of tax. Thank you!
