For Kasha this is urgent, she has contacted our office multiple times throughout the day. Please note the following dates: September 28th, October 11th, November 10th and November 24th which is the most recent request I put in on Friday into the payroll sheet as per protocol. The staff is awaiting a home loan approval and needs access to her payslips to be able to provide proof of income, she has been waiting 2 weeks and has expressed that this is urgent. That being said, a secondary person to reach out to while you are busy from Monday - Wednesday would benefit our team and allow us to support our staff. While I understand that ceridian access may not be urgent for us but to staff that rely on this access it is and places them in difficult situations, for example to get approved for government subsidy funding to help provide for their families. Whenever I have a staff call for payroll ceridian access I tell them to give it 24-48 hours for their access emails, this allows you time as well. I understand the heavy workload you have, we are a team and want to help and support you in all that we can. Some tasks are out of scope for us and we are not able to assist our staff in those matters and we rely on you to help us out during those times. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
