For this caregiver specifically, these instances that had his rate changed had not been updated since March 27, 2023. For the shift on June 19, the screenshot below shows the correct pay rate of $18 and the most recent update to the instance on March 27. The shift for June 26 has a pay rate of $16, with the same most recent update on March 27 at 9:50am. The shifts were not updated for the incorrect pay rate to be chosen, there was no update but the pay rate was changed. This was also a payroll cutoff date, so all of this caregivers shifts would of shown a pay rate of $16. This would not have stood out as an error in pay as there are staff in Winnipeg making $16 as their correct rate. Please let me know if I can help clarify further, or if maybe a call could be helpful where we should screen share.
