The things to send are: 1. The Salesforce link (either if it was already created or once it was created) 2. If you think it should not get entered into Salesforce for some reason, info on why that is the case 3. Any status updates on the record. There are a couple more for Vancouver highlighted in the sheet here . I will be OOO the rest of this week but please make sure they are entered as soon as possible because otherwise, our attribution system won't pick them up.
