The processes for our Winnipeg caregivers relative to adding/terminating/changing benefits coverage with Canada Life has not changed. Whomever handled this for the Winnipeg caregivers in the past should continue to do so. I'd presume that person is LIndsey Fancy since she is the only person with access to Canada Life's GroupNet employer portal. Will you please confirm if that is the case? Also, if it is Lindsey (or whomever it is now), we need her to ensure that the corporate employees are removed from the Canada Life policy back to 12/1 (when the RBC policy was effective).
