This client is looking to get the services we provided late last year/early this year covered by his insurance but in order to do so, we must provide proof that all PSWs that provided care to the client were certified PSWs. @Kathryn, please pull the required documents for all CGs that provided services for this client and send them to me. If any of the CGs do not have certification, I will need to know how many hours of the total care provided was covered by certified PSWs. Please let me know when I can expect this.
