Mrs Darragh

Met with Pam Darragh this morning.  Her email to use is pam.darragh@gmail.com. Do not use the hot mail.  New nursing care plan for her mom- We will start CTM , will organize with Timothy and Marilou.  Encourage her to eat breakfast and drink more water.  Help her in bathing, grooming and dressing.  Wears same clothes, switch up clothes.  Tidy up apartment.  Get rid of old newspapers.  Get rid of garbage as she will go through it if it is there in apartment. = Open mail with her and get rid of junk mail.  Go to activities at Kensington.  Go to SAQ, she wants buy good wine.  Go to bank with her, Pam says she has enough money. She worries about not ha= ving.  Help her send emails and help her dial her friends. Call one friend a day. = Organize to take her to her friend in Nuns Island, who cant walk.  Take her put out for walks so she doesnt want to go out when alone.  Remember that Mrs Darragh doesnt like asking for help so we have to ask her a= nd encourage to do.
