UPDATES

*Legal/ Local Office *

All amalgamation documents have been signed and filed with CAD. TheKey
should receive the certificate of amalgamation on 1/5/26.

Asked VCH vetting office for an update

Marketing

Nina confirmed there is no need to update the website.

Nina confirmed that there is no need for a logo for TheKey Care Ltd.

UAT Testing

will be no UAT testing.*
