My reason for asking is based on a current client we have that signed up for 2x12 and has long term intentions. The wife's expectation and treatment of the CGs has been an ongoing issue despite us visiting the home multiple times and walking her through the CGs scope of practice. We have had 11 different CGs there in 2 weeks, either because of her treatment towards them or because she doesn't like them. How would we be expected to handle this situation with satisfaction guaranteed?
