Hi John,

TheKey leadership has decided to continue to bring our paid advertising
in-house.

Because of that, I must let you know that we will need to end services with
InFront Marketing. The month of May will be our last month of service, with
May 31st as our final day of service. We will follow up with an outline for
our final month of services so we have a shared plan for closing the
partnership strong and transitioning successfully.

It has been my sincere pleasure to work with you and the team! We
appreciate the work your team has done on our account and the positive
relationship our teams have built. Thank you!
