My incentive structure.

Hi Tim,

Thankyou for your time yesterday, I am confident that the lead flow issues
will be taken care of and as we are all transitioning to the new roles
these are teething issues which will take some time. I totally understand
that.
I also wanted to know  about my incentive structure as in my offer letter
it was based on starts of care and billable hours. Although I understand
that the original numbers are from the US, I have yet to get a
clarification what our Canadian targets individually are. If you could give
me more clarity on the targets that would be greatly appreciated!
