I had received my last pay over the pay cycle February 23rd 2024 when t= he bonuses were supposed to go out but I didn't receive mine. The agreeme= nt states that bonuses would not be paid only when the plan participant t= erminates employment with the company, however I am still with the compan= y and should not be considered "terminated". The agreement also notes that on February 2nd 2024, I would have been n= otified about the bonus payment I would be receiving for January and Febr= uary 2024. I was never notifed on the amounts and neither was I informed = then that I would not be eligible for the payouts for February 2024 for n= ot completing the month or that the January 2024 payout would be received= only once I return back to work. I do not recall signing these in the ag= reement and neither was I informed about the same by payroll. If I am mis= taken, appreciate if you could point these out in the bonus agreement. I understand the bonuses for January and February 2024 would be the ave= rage of the bonuses received in October, November and December 2023. My b= onuses for October 2023, November 2023 and December 2023 were $1760, $153= 5 and $1280 respectively. This is not a small amount for me and should I = not have been qualified to receive the amounts for January 2024 and Febru= ary 2024, I shou
