Fall injury incident

Hi I was coming to my shift today . The house of the client is in country
road . And the house is very inside . I couldn’t find the house no light
nothing was there no house number visible. It was all dark in deep in
woods  . The driveway was not clear with all snow  and Finally I found the
house then I knocked the door nobody answered all the light was off I
couldn’t found the house . The road was all icy and snowy nobody responded
I reached to neighbour house not knowing which house  . I fell down in the
ice infront of the neighbour house and I hurt my hip , leg and scratch in
hand and have pain in my right arm . Somehow I got to the client house .I
am in client house right now I have a little pain right now . The client
and the neighbour and the other caregiver are aware of my fall situation .
My bottle is broken . I am not sure how much Pain will be tomorrow. But I
am letting you know about this incident just in case if I will have more
problem tomorrow.
