Joan had definitely taken a significant liking to her original team and was upset to lose them. This is so understandable and it's always sad for us when we have to inform a client their caregiver is moving on for one reason or another. Her replacement caregivers were not the best fit and she spoke with our staffing specialist and Brian (CSM) about it. A change has since been made and Joan is much happier with her replacements Jennifer and Bisola. Shyanne (Staffing) followed up after their first initial shifts to make sure things are going well and we will continue to check in regularly.
