And @ Terence, to clarify, you said there is no coverage for all of us for another full year? If I issue an STD ROE for Chandani in Canada, this only pays *55% of your earnings up to a maximum of $638 a week. (This is not ideal for any Canadian Employee).* @Timothy Thomas , a more profound discussion needs to happen with this item, as Chandai is the first employee but won't be the last. @Shameema Cadersaibe did you want to call Chandani and let her know what is going on?
