The caregiver's name is Nethelma Bala, she has been a caregiver since 2007 and has experience with dementia and Alzheimer patients. Nethelma was a caregiver for one of my clients for about a year before working with Mrs Mazzafero. The client she worked with prior to Mrs Mazzafero was actually a couple who required full care. The husband was cognitively well but had terrible health which made him weak and the wife had Alzhiemer's and required full care. The family of this client loved her and would still have her as a caregiver if their parents were still alive. Working with Nethelma in the past made me confident that she would be an excellent caregiver for this client. The son Dominic even called me to rave about her during the first week of service. Also, Dominic is the son who lives with the client herself, the daughter Veronica does not and from what I have been told by Nethelma, Veronica never met Nethelma face to face.
