   - Fingerprints that need to be mailed cause delays with hires

Action Plan

   - Met with Alysce 4/16 to revise LPN job ad template
   - Recruiter will refresh ads with updated template
   - Offer letters/applications will not be sent until the caregiver's
   fingerprint results are in
