I've added multiple tabs for each billing cycle. All that would need to be done is before Tuesday, update the hours on respective billing cycle sheet, everything should automatically calculate. Please let me know if this works and if you have any other questions. FYI I've added this week's credits to invoices. thank you, On Wed, Jan 4, 2023 at 1:04 PM Stephanie Demers wrote: > Hi Ali and Timothy, > > Thanks for the clarification. > > @Timothy Thomas The notes I'm referring to may only be > relevant for Payroll...They had asked that we add a note on the final shi= ft > the caregiver worked that week, indicating how many hours need to be > removed from the caregiver's pay. > > As Ali just mentioned, the amount is exactly the same on a weekly basis, > except for when the caregiver works less hours than the total credit amou= nt > (we cannot credit hours that did not happen). > > As long as the Payroll team references the "changes/working" tab, we > shouldn't need to add notes on the final shift, correct? > > Another meeting would be ideal just so that we can all be on the same pag= e. > Let me know. > > Thanks all. > Steph > > On Wed, Jan 4, 2023 at 12:52 PM Ali Malik wrote: > >> Hi Steph, >> >> We can hope for a meeting to discuss later on this week.
