The client is not present but they are setting up the house for care etc. Furthermore, there is a training that will be taking place next week with the entire care team. I have contacted WSIB (the two caregivers who were paid last pay were contributing to WSIB) and they have confirmed that because the caregivers are residents of Nova Scotia and working in Nova Scotia, they are NOT covered under WSIB. I just had a conversation with Timothy - essentially we urgently need a WCB (Nova Scotia) account set up. @Shameema Cadersaibe Timothy asked me to reach out to see if you are able to get a WCB account set up for us and from there, I can work with Ceridian to get the premiums and remittances set up in payroll. If anyone has any other suggestions or info that they can provide, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
