Hello Team Chicago!

Thank you so much for your participation today. Here is a quick recap of
what we covered:

   - Pulse Survey Pilot will go live on 9/15, and will run for 2 weeks.
   - Pulse surveys will only be sent to new SOCs, starting on or after
   9/15. Please be sure to communicate with your clients so they know what to
   expect.
   - Clients will receive one survey for each new caregiver they have. They
   will receive the survey the day after the shift is completed.
   - We will have a brief 30 minute call weekly to touch base on the pilot,
   discuss any feedback and cover any action items you took based on ratings
   received.
   - The recording is attached to the calendar invite from today should
   anyone need to revisit. The slides
