Hi Team,

Do you have an update on the timing for Mavencare to transition to our
Clearcare and Salesforce?

I would like to move forward with transitioning the paid ad campaigns away
from David and to our existing agencies, as discussed, but that is a
pre-requisite. (As well as in Canada an understanding that we will not be
measuring their leads separately from Toronto as a whole).

I would like to give David a 30-day notice and use that time to build out
the campaigns/develop our plan with InFront (Toronto) and Cardinal (NY). NY
will take more time since we will need to build out their landing pages on
TheKey.com as well.

Last I spoke to Tim, Matt Neal needed to provide an answer on this so let
me know if I should reach out to him directly and I can outline the
situation. I have a meeting with him on Thursday where we are discussing
paid advertising, so I will bring this up on that call. I want to make sure
this group is aligned on our go-forward plan before doing so though.
