Shawntel is a client success manager for Alberta. Her clients reach out to her as all our clients reach out to their case manager or to myself about billing issues as Client Success Managers are the first point of contact. 

 

If you want to discuss the Canadian market though myself and Tim would be more appropriate to have in that kind of meeting.
