Hi Carolina, I'm currently not yet confirmed for my contract renewal yet so I've CC-ed our other team members to assist. I believe John/Aaron may be able to help you with the switch to be ordered but I'm unsure who will be able to coordinate the return of the existing switch once that's done but I've CC-ed the IT leadership team (Gabe/Terrence) to assign.
