New Referral Invoicing System

Good Afternoon Claire,

I hope all is well and you had a happy new year!! As of January 2024, we
will be rolling out a new system through our accounts payable team to pay
our referral partners.

1. I have attached the Vendor Authorization Form below. You will only need
to fill this form one time (unless your banking information changes). Using
this form, our accounts payable team will be able to deposit your monthly
bonus directly into your account provided.

2. I have included a link below for a free invoice generator. You may use
this *or* provide us with your own invoice. Once a month, I will advise you
or your commission (for the previous month) and you will then provide our
Accounts Payable team (ap-invoices@thekey.com) with the invoice as well as
CC me. You should receive the payment within a week of that invoice being
provided.

For December, your commission is: $1,330.00
