Adding Job Inquiry Language to Montreal Contact Us

Hi Phil,

We're seeing an influx of caregivers trying to apply for jobs through
the Contact
Us page <https://www.homecareassistancemontreal.ca/contact.html> on the
Montreal website instead of going to the Careers page.

Is it possible to add some text under the Book Care Now button on the page,
please?

Tim and I connected and would like to add  "Looking for a job? Apply here
<https://careers-thekeycan.icims.com/> and our team will get back to you."
to the text to the left of the form.
