Hi Tim and Kim, Elizabeth wants to roll out a new training process and documentation for Operations and would like some valuable feedback from a few of you all and your team to make sure it is all inclusive of what we are trying to accomplish. I would like you two to represent the Divisions and ensure from an RD perspective it makes sense and could you pick a Care Solutions Regional Manager to also participate and let Elizabeth know who that would be. Kim if you want to select someone outside of NY feel free to work with one of your fellow RDs to select someone. Thanks in advance.
