Board Prep: Sites with Declining Hours **ACTION NEEDED**

Team - thank you all for submitting your action plans for the lowest
performing sites in terms of billed hours performance (SE Florida,
Vancouver, Connecticut, New Jersey, Northern Virginia, Maryland/DC).

As you know, we are currently in Board prep this week for our board meeting
next week. We have been asked to create one slide for every site listed,
outlining an action plan with expected results. I've attached the summary
of your action plans that I submitted to Chris yesterday as well as the
formatted slide deck that includes your sites' financials. Please review
what your peers incorporated as each regional team thought to include
different strategies, many of which can be incorporated into your plans as
well.

Can you please work with your counterparts to craft a comprehensive plan
with expected outcomes for the board presentation? *We need to submit by
COB today*. The good news is that we already have much of the data compiled
in the attached summary. I am happy to hop on a call to work through with
