As you are aware, while providing services to you the caregiver remains our employee as our agency is responsible for various backend services essential to your care. These services include background checks, scheduling software, clock-in and clock-out functionalities, care notes documentation, and the support of our client success team (Dominique Jacobs). We value your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we are here to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding our billing process or the terms of our agreement.
