I would like to review our 2015 strategic plan one more time as we enter = the new year and recap our overall goals & objectives for the year. The = plan would be to meet every quarter or so to review our performance relative = to our plan and adjust accordingly.   Be prepared to bring any business related suggestions to the meeting = that you would like to discuss, especially those that pertain to your area of responsibility (i.e. Employee care, Client care, Care Management, = Business Development or Operations). I would also ask Maria and Timothy to work together prior, for the purpose of developing a referral marketing plan = for implementation early in the New Year. The three of us can meet = beforehand to discuss strategy if you wish. I would like to have you share the = plan with everyone on the 13th.
