I will be honest, I have yet to be given access to Tableau from Mavencare and I am being told that is the only way to pull exact revenue. I have sent another follow up email to Eric Sloan to get an update on my access. The numbers you see on the BSG Metrics are what we could pull from Mavencare software and also from billing. I do feel they are close to accurate, although the margin contains payroll taxes, so it is not the typical reported margin that you routinely see. Toronto: I do not think this market was impacted by the consumer advertising issue. Week of 3/7 they lost a total of 212.5 billable hours. Reasoning: Client 1- service on hold as clients condo is being renovated; Client 2- back to baseline so reduced hours; Client 3- moved into a rest home. We had one start last week, but it was a temporary palliative care case of 60 hours. A lot of operational work to do here. Headcount will be reduced to 2 in 2 weeks. It came over with 4. I will be handing over to Timothy on 3/30 for operational support while still staying engaged with BSG support for systems and vendors. NY: I do believe this drop is absolutely related to consumer marketing and have received several calls alerting me to the phone not ringing. We did see a dip last week due to a couple's care on hold (hospitalization) but should resume next week with increased hours ($3500/weekly invoice) as well as a death that had a weekly invoice of $5700. 2 pending starts 4/4. 6 promising in pipeline (1 from Aligheri). Calls have picked up today as well!! Efficiencies look great. I will be in NY next week and possibly some of the following week to dive more into OPS with Pablo. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I am happy to clarify. Best, On Thu, Mar 24, 2022 at 10:23 AM Matt Neal wrote: > Audra is the weekly bsg tracker up-to-date.
